Rates
- All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to
change without prior notice
- 7-night minimum stay requirement during the Christmas/New Year Season
- Weekly rates start from 14 days
- Rates include airport transfers and welcome package
- Rates do not include gratuities, telephone, meals
and F&B plus service charge, car rentals/drivers
Reservation / Payments
- 50% deposit and a completed reservation confirmation
form are required to confirm your reservation and must
be received within 2 weeks of your confirmation

- Bank details for your deposit are on your
reservation confirmation
- Transfer charges are the responsibility of the
client
- Balance of payment upon arrival: Cash in new USD
bank notes (no older than 2001) and no CB bank codes
Cancellation / Refunds
- Deposit will be refunded in full less USD 200.- if
the reservation is cancelled 61 days or prior to
departures. Reservations cancelled less then 61 days
prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of
deposit
- Final payments are non-refundable
